Key Responsibilities
Achieve profitable sales growth objectives within assigned territory by utilizing strong selling skills while developing and understanding customer needs to increase growth of sales. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with key individuals within the clinics and continue to identify new potential clinics and set strategies to align customers for recommending Mars product as their primary therapeutic diet for their clients/patients. Collaborate with your team and other company to provide valuable contributions to the company and provide customer insights to your regional team. Attend and participate in trade shows, regional and company meetings/conference calls as required. Complete weekly activity, expense, and other ad-hoc reporting as needed by your manager.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of business-to-business sales experience. Sales experience in a pet hospital or clinic is also desirable. Possession of a driver’s license and a clean driving record. The ability to travel and be mobile for up to a third of the calendar year.
