Responsibilities
* Providing high quality support to the Vice-Chancellor, Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Pro Vice-Chancellor (Academic), Chief Operating Officer and Chief Student and Governance Officer.
* Delivering upon strategic objectives by providing a range of services including high level administrative, organisational and strategic support.
* Diary management, developing and implementing highly effective business processes.
* Leading key institutional groups and meetings.
The executive office is a busy environment and deals with matters of strategic importance on a regular basis. You will be able to independently liaise with senior stakeholders and deal with sensitive information appropriately.
Qualifications
* Experience of working in a busy office environment or similar.
* Knowledge and interest in the Higher Education Sector.
* Experience of dealing with a range of stakeholders.
* Experience in a front facing, customer service role.
* Experience in supporting key projects and groups.
* High levels of organisational skills and communication skills.
