Overview

Support the planning and delivery of academic events, including lectures, seminars, and workshops. Liaise with visiting scholars, fellows, and graduate students to coordinate research activities and collaborative projects. Assist in the development and scheduling of interdisciplinary research programmes. Manage the day-to-day academic operations of the Institute, maintaining accurate records of activities, publications, and partnerships. Draft and disseminate communications relating to academic programming, research opportunities, and institutional updates. Act as a point of contact for internal and external academic collaborators. Support fundraising and outreach initiatives. Coordinate with colleagues in the wider College and University on compliance and resource allocation. Contribute to the Institute\'s long-term vision by supporting initiatives that promote critical Catholic inquiry and interdisciplinary dialogue.

Qualifications

* Experience in academic administration, ideally in higher education or research.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and work with senior academics.
* A Master\'s degree (PhD desirable).
* Sensitivity to and understanding of the Catholic intellectual and ethical traditions.
