Our client, based in Bicester are looking for reliable and hardworking Food Production Operatives to join their team.
Role
Food Production Operative
Key Accountabilities
* Operating food production machinery safely and efficiently
* Preparing, processing, packing and labelling food products
* Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures
* Maintaining cleanliness of production areas and equipment
* Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet standards
* Meeting daily production targets and deadlines
Shifts
* AM shift – 0600 until 1400
* PM shift – 1400 until 2200
* Night shift – 2200 until 0600
Pay & Benefits
£14.69 to £16.52 per hour

Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Good communication and teamwork skills
