Parts Coordinator & Administrator £13.50ph, NN17, 30 days holiday, 7.30am till 4.30pm M-T 7.30am til 12.30pm Fri, Pension, Parking, Training Due to continued success and expansion plans, a brand new position as a Stores Coordinator has arisen within a well established company, who boast fantastic longevity with their current workforce: Managing day to day of Good In & Out, maintaining booking in system SAGE), recording stock locations, ensuring all paperwork is correct & present for dispatched orders Allocating parts on system for orders Maintaining and updating ERP system daily, data entering of POD information onto database Liaising with courier contractors arranging collections, monitoring services levels, highlight any issues to management Communicating with customers via email and telephone as and when required advising of part arrival Unpacking part deliveries as they arrive Updating excel spreadsheets and ERP system daily and compiling information for internal reports Assisting with physical stock takes as and when required, and operating Counterbalance FLT when neededWe would expect the successful Parts Coordinator & Administrator to be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of stock operations, be an excellent communicator and have a proactive manner with an excellent eye for detail.
