Western Work Force are seeking a motivated External Sales Support Representative to join a mechanical equipment company based in Welshpool, WA.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working within the Power Transmission & Bearing sector and is looking for a stable, full-time position with the chance to grow professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide end-to-end sales representation and technical support for power transmission and bearing products.
* Work closely with existing customers and manage enquiries using our ERP platform.
* Build new business relationships through leads generated by our marketing department.
* Set, plan, and deliver on sales and marketing targets within your designated territory.
* Manage small projects and assist with coordination across departments.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to implement customer-focused initiatives.
* Strengthen connections with major supply partners.
* Conduct regular client and site visits to maintain and grow accounts.
Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in external sales, ideally within engineering services or related industries.
* Strong mechanical or technical aptitude.
* Professional, self‑motivated, and well‑presented.
