Position: Office Manager & Sales & Marketing Support
Location: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire
Salary: Strong base salary
Hours: Monday - Friday (full time, standard office hours)
Responsibilities
* Provide high-level organisational, administrative, and communication support to the Managing Director
* Support Sales and Marketing teams with administrative tasks
* Track commercial agreements, manage rebates and marketing expenditure reporting
* Liaise with key partners and customers
* Coordinate across departments to ensure data and communication flow supports the sales team
Qualifications
* Proven experience in office management, executive support, or commercial administration
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and wear many hats
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an analytical and detail-oriented mindset
* Comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels, including international teams and senior customers with professionalism and discretion
* A real team player with a positive, can-do attitude
