Responsibilities
1. Commissioning, repairs, rigging / de-rigging and maintenance of all types of equipment at the workshop facility
2. Liaise with our customers service staff to rectify faults both on site and over the telephone.
3. Liaise with the after sales team to provide feedback from Jobsites and to help rectify faults.
4. Load/unload equipment by use of forklift/telehandler/crane.
It may be required on occasions to go with the field service engineers to assist with onsite activities. However, this should be at a minimum.
The successful candidate will be able meet the following criteria:
5. Possess a thorough understanding of modern mobile Hydraulics and Electrics / Electronics.
6. Possess relevant industry qualifications
7. Ideally you will hold a CSCS card, but assistance will be given to obtain as long as the relevant qualifications are held.
8. Employ good communication skills and a customer focused attitude
9. Hold a full UK driving license and passport.
10. Previous knowledge of BAUER products is desirable however not essential.
Ideally hold an NVQ/Diploma L2/L3 in the following or similar in:
11. Plant Maintenance and Repair
12. Heavy Diesel maintenance and Repair
13. Land based Service Engineering
Regular product training will be provided
Salary: Circa £45,000 - £55,000 plus package including:
14. Bonus scheme
