Element has an opportunity for an Operations & Sales Support Co-ordinator who will play a key role in supporting revenue generation, client retention, and efficient service delivery within the Occupational Hygiene (OH) department. The role provides essential sales support through timely quotation management, proactive follow up, and repeat work coordination, while also ensuring smooth booking, scheduling, and client communication processes. By maintaining momentum from enquiry through to booking, the role helps maximise quote conversion, diary utilisation, and client satisfaction. In addition, the role provides flexible operational support during periods of increased workload, ensuring continuity of service and protecting commercial performance. This position offers structured exposure to sales activity and client engagement, with clear development potential into a future sales or account management role. Sales & Quoting Support Prepare and issue quotations for repeat and routine Occupational Hygiene work ensuring accuracy, speed, and consistency to support high conversion rates Maintain repeat‑client requoting schedules to s upport retention and continuity of service delivery Actively track, prioritise, and follow up outstanding quotations to maintain sales momentum and maximise conversion of enquiries into booked work Support the Business Associate by sharing quoting workload and providing cover Track quotation status, follow up outstanding quotes, and support quote conversion Produce quote documentation and maintain accurate quote and pricing records Support basic lead management and inbound enquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses that reflect positively on the business Carry out proactive follow‑up and telesales activity for routine OH services, helping to convert interest into confirmed work Client, Booking & Scheduling Support Act as a first point of contact for routine client queries relating to quotes and bookings Support repeat bookings and re‑booking cycles for existing clients, helping maintain predictable workload and recurring revenue streams Coordinate proposed dates between consultants and clients to optimise diary utilisation and minimise unplanned gaps or cancellations Assist with booking and scheduling activities and confirm logistics as required Provide contingency support during periods of peak workload or absence Operational Administration Provide day‑to‑day operational and sales administration support within the OH team Maintain accurate records in DCRM, scheduling, and booking systems to support pipeline visibility, forecasting, and informed decision‑making Chase, track and maintain contract review documentation to ensure continuity of service and commercial compliance Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quoting speed, booking accuracy, and overall client experience LI-JD2 Essential experience Experience in sales administration, operational support, or scheduling roles Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Awareness of how response times, follow up, and scheduling impact sales performance and client retention Ability to manage changing priorities in a busy environment Confidence following up quotations and enquiries, including discussing scope, pricing, and availability with clients Demonstrable ability to manage multiple quotes or bookings simultaneously without loss of accuracy Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office Desirable experience Experience in occupational hygiene or a consultancy / field based services environment Familiarity with repeat service delivery and scheduling Awareness of quoting or contract based services Basic commercial awareness, with an understanding of how quoting, utilisation, and timely follow up support client retention Element is one of the fastest growing testing, inspection and certification businesses in the world.
