The Role
Assist with and progressively manage a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial remedy and private children work. Work closely with senior members of the team, gaining exposure to a broad range of privately funded matters while developing technical and procedural knowledge. Take on increasing responsibility as experience grows, with clear progression opportunities available. The firm promotes a collaborative working environment and provides ongoing supervision and support to ensure continued professional development. Also have the opportunity to become involved in networking and business development activities for long‑term growth within the department.
The Candidate
Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE in family law. Experience assisting on or managing family matters and keen to further develop career in this area. Demonstrate strong communication skills and a compassionate approach when dealing with clients. Be organised, motivated and eager to learn from experienced colleagues within a busy team environment. Looking for a role that offers stability, high quality work and genuine progression within a respected regional firm.
