What You'll Be Doing as the Operations Support Coordinator: Coordinating and arranging international shipments and transport. Preparing and managing all shipping documentation, including customs clearance. Communicating with suppliers, customers, freight agents, and internal teams. Handling EUR1, Letters of Credit, invoicing, and petty cash duties. Resolving purchase order queries with precision and professionalism. What We're Looking For in an Operations Support Coordinator: Minimum of 2 years' experience in shipping, logistics, or international trade.
