We specialise in providing high-quality, complex care services to adult and paediatric clients in their homes. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day operations of care services across the Midlands
* Develop and implement person-centred care plans
* Inspire, motivate, and mentor a compassionate team of Healthcare Assistants
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and clients
* Maintain and improve CQC standards across all care packages
* Manage staff rotas and ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment
About You:
1. Proven experience in a managerial role within care
2. Full UK driving licence (essential due to travel requirements)
