Shop butcher required to work within our shop in Gainsborough town centre.
20-25 hours per week over three or four days.
Previous experience in this field is essential.
The Meatery is looking for an additional member to our fantastic team, due to increased trade and expansion, with our brand new shop located at 6 Market Place, Gainsborough and our collaboration with Williamson's Farm Shop.
Hours can be discussed and agreed but a little flexibility would be advantageous, especially during staff holidays.
Duties will include stocking and displaying for our shop, cutting and preparing catering orders including our companies restaurant and deli, making sausages and burgers, serving customers, and other shop related duties.
Carcass butchery not essential but a firm knowledge of shop butchering is essential.
Candidate must have excellent customer service skills and be smart and punctual.
This will be a superb job for the right person, with progression opportunities also available for the right candidate
