If so, we may have a role which is suited to you as we are recruiting in our facilities maintenance team, where you will be delivering planned preventive and reactive maintenance services to our multi-site clients.
1. Salary: £33,272 per annum
2. Door to door pay
3. 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays
4. Additional earnings available through enhanced overtime rates
5. 4% bonus, subject to achievement of targets (historically paid out)
6. Van (with option for personal use from day 1) and fuel card
7. Smartphone, tools, uniform, PPE

What You'll Be Doing
You’ll be responsible for ensuring clients sites within your area are fully maintained and operating at full potential.
As an Arcus Fabric Specialist, you’ll enjoy working in a varied environment. You’ll be out and about on the road traveling to client locations throughout your area, delivering a high level of repair works and rectifying any defects to ensure our clients receive a high-quality service.
You will assist in the delivery of excellent customer service resulting in professional results, asset uptime, first time fix and quality workmanship.
We need you to come with experience of working in a building fabric role previously, and with the skills and expertise to confidently and independently, carry out as many of the below tasks as possible:
8. Patch Plastering/Rendering
9. Protection where required
10. Carpentry works
11. Various floor coverings
12. Wall Tiling
13. General Repair work
14. Changing lights and locks
Whilst we don’t need you to know it all, we do need you to have varied experience across a mix of the above trades. What We're Looking For
To be successful you will have:
Essential:
15. Time served experience across a mix of multiple trades, ideally in a building fabric role
16. Valid UK driver’s license
17. Experience working within a customer facing environment
18. Confident using handheld IT Equipment for managing works and documentation
19. Strong communication skills and work ethic.
20. Awareness and knowledge of health & safety.
Desirable:
21. NVQ, City and Guilds, BTEC in a building trade
22. Experience working within a maintenance remit for a multi-site retail client.
