IT Service Delivery Manager
Role Type: Full time; Monday – Friday (Hybrid/Office Based)
Salary Range: £30k – £40k per annum (depending on experience)

Role Overview
Our client is seeking an exciting new position for a proactive and experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality IT services to their clients. This role ensures operational excellence, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement across service delivery functions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the IT service delivery team to meet SLAs and KPIs.
2. Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes.
3. Act as the primary point of contact for client escalations and service reviews.
4. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless service transitions and implementations.
5. Monitor performance metrics and drive service improvement initiatives.
6. Maintain documentation and compliance with ITIL best practices.
7. Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers.
