What you’ll be doing: Serving drinks from high-volume festival bars Operating mass-dispense or packaged product systems Keeping queues moving and service efficient Working long shifts in a busy, high-energy environment What we’re looking for: Previous bar experience – pubs, festivals, events, or hospitality venues Confidence pouring pints and working at speed Friendly, reliable, and a strong team player Must be 18 with the right to work in the UK Positive attitude and great customer service skills Why work with Arc?
