Requirements
* Qualified RMN Nurse with an active NMC Pin
* Experience in acute mental health settings
* At least 18 months or equivalent post-registration experience
* Clinical supervision experience essential
* Evidence of CPD and leadership development
* Mentorship experience desirable (training can be provided)
* EU work permit required
Responsibilities
* Facilitate, promote, and supervise education, clinical practices, and audits
* Manage the clinical area in the absence of the Ward Manager
* Oversee assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care
* Identify and contribute to training needs
* Promote equality, diversity, and rights in accordance with legislation and good practice
* Act as operational lead alongside the Ward Manager for inpatient care
* Support and facilitate group programs for service users
