Job Title: 1:1 Tutor (Home & School Settings) Location: Worcester Area Hours: School Hours (Flexible) Pay: Competitive (dependent on experience) About the Role We are seeking dedicated and reliable 1:1 Tutors to support pupils in both home and school settings across the Worcester area. This role involves delivering personalised, engaging lessons to students who require additional support outside of a mainstream classroom environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, tailored 1:1 tuition sessions Adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning needs Support pupils with SEND, SEMH, or those out of mainstream education Track and report on student progress Liaise with parents, schools, and other professionals Requirements Experience in tutoring or teaching Good understanding of the UK curriculum Strong communication and interpersonal skills Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule Desirable Teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent) Experience working with SEN/SEND or vulnerable learners Background in alternative provision or outreach tutoring What We Offer Flexible working hours during school hours Competitive rates of pay Ongoing work opportunities in the Worcester area Supportive and professional team How to Apply Please send your CV along with a short cover note outlining your experience and suitability for the role.
