Responsibilities
Deliver an engaging and high‑quality entertainment experience for players in line with company standards. Interact confidently and professionally in front of the camera, maintaining player engagement at all times. Present games and activities with energy, enthusiasm, and consistency, ensuring a positive and enjoyable atmosphere. Continuously enhance presentation techniques to create a dynamic, interactive, and entertaining environment. Demonstrate coordination, adaptability, and professionalism throughout all aspects of the role.
Requirements
Native or fluent in Thai (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. Proficiency in English (B2). High School Diploma or equivalent education required. Valid passport and necessary documentation for relocation and employment eligibility. Flexibility to work in a rotational shift system (three shifts, 40 hours per week). Ability to remain calm, focused, and accurate under pressure, while maintaining discretion and discipline. Excellent communication skills, a friendly and engaging personality, and the ability to adapt your presentation style to different audiences. Experience in entertainment, hosting, customer service, or other roles requiring strong on‑camera or public‑facing communication skills. Natural charisma, energy, and the ability to create a lively and welcoming atmosphere.
