A flair for delivering memorable guest experiences
Experience serving, hosting, or bar work (preferred but not essential - we're happy to train the right person)

Welcome and seat guests with energy and professionalism
Take food and drink orders xcswzye accurately
Serve food and beverages with a smile
Assist behind the bar when required
Help maintain a clean, organised and inviting service area
Be knowledgeable and confident about our menu and drinks
