Title: Document Controller Type: Contract Rate: £25-£35 per hour UMBRELLA Location: Warrington Clearance: BPSS Contract Length: 6 months Key Responsibilities: Top 5 Major Tasks and Activities: ? Registering and capturing of documents in the EDMS - including Cavendish, Client or any relevant sub-contractors documentation ? Review of document formats, coding and adherence to checking & approval processes for signatures ? Circulation of documents for review, information, acceptance etc. ? Provision of daily/weekly and monthly status reports ? Archiving, closeout and handover at project completion Additional Key Accountabilities: ? Allocation of Cavendish and Client document numbering systems ? Administration of the EDMS, performing Super user permission e.g. creating vaults, managing users and their permissions, adding and changes to the workflows, data cards and reports. ? Manage the Document Control Group shared Inbox ? Control of electronic document and drawing files ? Circulation of documents for review, information, acceptance etc ? Document revision process and retention ? Document filing and retention - both hard copy and electronic originals ? Issue of controlled documentation as required on the project ? Ensure all deliverables required for handover to the Client are stored during the project or interim delivery at agreed stages ? Liaison with Client Document control team and DMS ? Training and development of all stakeholders involved in the document processes. ? Maintenance of governance measures ?
