IT Training and Support Analyst – York / Hybrid

This multi-site professional services firm is seeking an experienced IT Training and Support Analyst to join their team. This is a new role suited for someone who enjoys working with people and supporting positive change. The role involves delivering engaging training sessions, supporting the rollout of new technology and processes, and acting as the SME for business process support.
The IT Training Analyst will also provide occasional second-line support for system or process-related queries and assist with onboarding new joiners through introductory training on core systems and firmwide processes.
The role will be primarily on-site during the probationary period, with potential for hybrid working afterwards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Help deliver the IT Training Strategy as part of a team.
2. Design and deliver training materials in various formats.
3. Monitor and assess staff knowledge absorption and training effectiveness.
4. Design and implement training feedback evaluations.
5. Provide post-implementation user support for system change projects.
6. Administer training courses.
Core Skills & Experience:
1. Experience in a similar IT Training and Support role.
2. Experience working within the Legal sector is advantageous.
3. Proven IT Support experience.
4. Experience delivering training on complex systems.
5. Passion for learning and development.
6. Strong technical knowledge of multiple software applications.
7. Understanding of key training tools and technologies.
8. Relevant training certifications are desirable.
9. Full driver’s license and own car are required.
