This includes ownership of manufacturer relationships, driving operational excellence across a high volume sales environment, maintaining strong financial and cost control, and leading an engaged, performance focused team. A proven leadership track record is essential, with a clear ability to motivate, inspire and develop colleagues while ensuring full compliance with policies, processes and legislative requirements. You will also be responsible for prioritising customer and colleague health and safety, ensuring a professional, safe and compliant working environment at all times. /p p You must drive a culture where the business succeeds by delivering the right products and services to customers that meet their needs, protect them from harm, and encourage long term loyalty. Acting with integrity and building trust will be central to your success.
