Job Purpose: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer support by providing timely and effective support to the customer.
Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, providing prompt and professional assistance via phone, email, and online platforms.
* Assist customers with product enquiries, orders, and after-sales support, ensuring accurate and timely resolution of issues.
* Collaborate with internal teams such as service operations, sales and technical support to address customer needs effectively.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a technical or industrial environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong emphasis on active listening and empathy.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Proficiency in using CRM/ERP software and other relevant tools to manage customer interactions and data.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.
* Proficiency in one or more additional languages aside from English is highly advantageous and will support effective communication in our global business environment.
