The Process Lead is responsible for the Daily Management System (DMS) processes and utilizing structured problem-solving techniques, supporting employee skills and capability development. The role involves recommending actions to prevent or reduce losses, with decision-making in collaboration with the Line Lead and Maintenance Lead.

What will you be doing?
* Own and develop the Centre Line Management System and Changeover DMS for production lines, improving performance and efficiency.
* Identify equipment and process gaps through health checks, data analysis, and continuous improvement activities.
* Collaborate with Equipment Owners, Line Leads, and site teams to share knowledge, coach, and build operational capability.
* Eliminate machine losses, optimize changeover procedures, and improve daily line performance.
* Analyze machine data, implement countermeasures, and evolve data capture and reporting systems.

* Strong knowledge of process control and a curious approach to problem-solving.
* Effective communication, collaboration, and coaching skills that enhance team performance.
* Experience with training, using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 tools, and driving change through initiative and teamwork.
* Experience as an Advanced Team Member or Equipment Owner is beneficial, but eager learners are welcome.
