In this role, you’ll play a vital part in shaping our future workforce by assisting the Talent Advisors, gathering and organising information from across the council, providing valuable data insights, and ensuring our teams have what they need to connect talented people with meaningful opportunities. You’ll report directly to the Talent Lead, working closely with colleagues in HR, Policy, Organisational Development, and Change, and learning from experienced advisors along the way. Your work will help us fill critical and hard-to-fill roles and identify ways to bring in the future talent, and ensure our workforce reflects the diversity and values of our communities.
