What you will be doing
* With experience from the NHS or private care, support the Ward Manager to lead the nursing team in providing high‑quality care and support to people with complex mental health needs and behaviours that challenge while also supporting your colleagues and promoting good teamwork.
* Empower recovery and deliver supervision to staff across the ward.
* Deliver and uphold high standards of care, manage nursing resources effectively, and ensure the ward operates safely and efficiently.
