Exciting Opportunity: Technical Support Officer at Bracken House
The ICT Department is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Technical Support Officer to join the 2nd Line technical support team. This role involves providing remote support to users across the Trust and is based at Bracken House, working 37.5 hours a week with a requirement to participate in an on-call rota.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide second-line technical support for hardware and software issues.
2. Explain problems and technical solutions to users clearly.
3. Analyze user problems to identify potential solutions.
4. Implement technical solutions to resolve IT problems.
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience using Active Directory to manage users, groups, and computers.
* Experience with Zenworks Control Centre.
* Ability to diagnose and resolve issues with Windows 10.
* Supporting Apple devices.
The post holder must be able to liaise effectively with staff at all levels throughout the Trust, work well in a team, and handle dissatisfied users professionally.
