What’s on offer: Full-time Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant role (Monday–Friday) Starting ASAP Earn between £500 - £560 per week (dependant on experience) Based in a caring and well-led primary school Superb training and mentoring directly from an experienced SENDCo Exposure to a wide range of SEN and behaviour strategies Interviewing ASAP Ideal Candidate – Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant Minimum 2:1 degree (Psychology and Education graduates preferred) Empathetic, patient, and able to build meaningful relationships with children Strong communication and emotional intelligence Previous experience supporting children (tutoring, SEN work, youth work) is highly desirable Motivated to pursue a career related to SEN, mental health, or education Must have the right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available) The school is committed to providing a safe, supportive, and happy learning environment where every child can thrive.
