What We’re Looking For Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC pin. Provide strong clinical leadership, mentoring and supporting nursing staff. Conduct regular resident assessments and ensure personalised care plans are in place.
