About Little Wild Tribe

Little Wild Tribe is an outstanding Scandinavian-inspired nature nursery and pre-school (0-5), set within 500 acres of Hadleigh Country Park. We aim to provide daily outdoor adventures where children explore, play, discover, learn, and connect with each other and the environment.

We seek forward-thinking, inspirational individuals who are passionate about outdoor learning and innovative education methods. Our goal is to nurture future leaders, thinkers, and innovators through engaging, nature-based experiences.


Role Requirements

* Role model outstanding practice
* Expert knowledge of child development from birth to five years
* Enjoy outdoor activities in all weather conditions
* Hold a Level 3 EYE qualification or QTS
* Previous experience working with young children
* Excellent communication skills

Start date: We will wait for the right candidate to complete their notice period.


Responsibilities

The specific responsibilities will depend on your qualifications, experience, and role. Leadership roles may be available. Both part-time and full-time positions are considered.

About the School

Little Wild Tribe is an innovative, Scandinavian-inspired nature nursery and pre-school for children from birth to five, set within 600 acres of beautiful countryside.
