The main purpose of the role is to develop key analysis and performance systems on behalf of the team to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
Skills and Experience Required:
* Experience of managing performance systems
* Experience of working with data analysis tools such as Business Objects and extracting and analysing data in Windows based products including Word and Excel.
* Project and time management skills
* Proven ability to progress multiple work assignments with minimal supervision.
The Day to day role will give exposure to the following:
* You will have the opportunity to support deployment of data to users through enhancing consistency, effectiveness and efficiency in the delivery of analytical products.
* You will work closely with analysts to translate data into engaging visualisations and interactive reports which get used in decision‑making at all levels.
* Facilitate and lead on requirements gathering and solution design
* You will be a key stakeholder on behalf of the department lead, to ensure that core applications are complement with the wider technical architecture
* Ensure up to date knowledge on the key functional capabilities that can be delivered through the performance management systems.
* Champion data availability and data integrity, including process mapping to ensure end‑to‑end understanding on data within the performance management systems
* Implement and test software upgrades and patches in collaboration with ICT.
