Commercial Analyst
Location: Leatherhead | Salary: £26 - £29k DOE
Our client, a leading organisation, is looking for a Commercial Analyst to support their contracts with local authorities and housing associations.
This role is key to optimising contract performance, tracking costs and driving continuous improvement.
What You'll Do:
Analyse work in progress, completed works and target costs, identifying trends for improvement.
Collaborate with operations and accounts teams to review quotes, WIP reporting and cost allocation.
Monitor labour, materials and overheads, developing action plans to meet targets.
Produce timely internal and client reports, maintaining accurate audit trails.
Contribute to process improvements and deliver business objectives.What We're Looking For:
Experience in financial analysis, budgeting and process improvement.
Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical thinking.
Excellent communication, autonomy and ability to meet deadlines.
