Job Title: Accountant

The Accountancy & Finance Division at The ONE Group is seeking a proactive and experienced Accountant to join a reputable organisation on a permanent basis based in Northampton. You will be responsible for all aspects of bookkeeping, management accounts and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and maintain financial records using Sage 50, including purchase, sales, and nominal ledgers.
* Process BACS payments, manage petty cash, and monitor expenditure against budgets.
* Prepare monthly management accounts, reconciliations, and financial reports.
* Monthly cash flow reporting.
* Support general administrative tasks and provide assistance as required.
Skills & Experience:
* Strong experience in financial administration, payroll, and month-end routines.
* Proficient in Sage 50, Excel, Word, and other accounting systems.
* Knowledge of auto-enrolment pensions and financial compliance (not essential).
* Highly organised, accurate, and able to work to deadlines with minimal supervision.
* Confident, flexible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
