Key Responsibilities Drive local excitement and awareness Convert leads into memberships through face-to-face, phone, and digital channels Deliver consultations, virtual tours, and opening-day briefings Organise outreach events and attend local networking opportunities Build a buzz using social media and local partnerships Maintain a lead management system for timely follow-ups and accurate reporting Sales & Customer Engagement Hit and exceed monthly membership targets Provide a friendly, consultative approach to helping people join the club Ensure new members feel welcomed, supported, and excited about their journey Club Operations Assist with reception duties, cleanliness, and club open/close routines Support with admin tasks and member queries Represent the brand with professionalism inside and outside the club ✅ What We’re Looking For Experience in sales, fitness, or customer-facing roles Proven ability to generate and convert leads (especially during pre-sales!)
