L&D Consultant – Professional Services Agency
Manchester – Hybrid (3 days in office)
About the Company
My client is an established professional services recruitment agency/consultancy business, focusing on supporting businesses to find experts within multiple industries globally.
They are looking to hire a third person to join their Manchester team and work with a cohort across the business to develop consultants from rookies to team leads.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter passionate about mentorship, learning, and development, and sees L&D as a next step.
The Role
* Design and deliver L&D solutions across multiple channels including classroom, desk-based, 121 coaching, and live call coaching.
* Manage training administration, planning, and coordination with the management team, including training needs analysis.
* Provide verbal feedback to managers and stakeholders on the progress of trainees during sessions.
* Support onboarding of new employees with proactive feedback to maximize retention and reduce churn.
* Manage end-to-end training programs, including analysis and reporting to evaluate success.
What We Are Looking For
* A recruiter with at least 3+ years of experience demonstrating success through billings or promotions.
* Experience in mentoring, training, and coaching both groups and individuals.
* Extensive experience as a 360 recruiter or in training consultants in Business Development.
