What the role involves As a General Service Assistant, you’ll support both front and back of house to ensure our customers have a great dining experience. Your day may include: Serving food and beverages with a warm, positive attitude. Operating tills and handling both cash and card payments. Keeping dining and service areas clean, tidy, and well‑maintained. Stocking up, rotating products, and supporting food counters. Always providing excellent customer service. Collaborating closely with the General Manager and wider team. Full training will be provided, so don’t worry if you haven’t worked in catering before — enthusiasm and reliability are what we value most.
