The Opportunity
This is a key role at the heart of our operations ideal for someone with solid experience in payroll admin or finance admin who enjoys working independently and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Youll be supporting payroll administration for two busy branches (Maidstone & Felixstowe), taking ownership of key admin and payroll tasks while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing weekly payroll admin processes for temporary candidates across both branches, confirming hours and costs with clients and and dealing with queries or any issues.
* Act as the main liaison between the branch and our internal finance/payroll team to ensure timely and accurate processing.
* Work as a branch team to provide telephone/operational support to ensure first class customer service to our candidates and clients.
* Assist with office, recruitment, and admin duties as needed.
