The vacancy
We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking individual to join our thriving, well-performing team. We focus on utilising technology to deliver our services and enhance the customer experience. You will need to be self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a right-first-time approach, are essential. The role involves effective communication and comprehensive administration within our Programme and Survey Team.
Candidates should demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills and have a good telephone manner. The role has been identified as suitable for hybrid working, combining home working and working from our offices, with the Head Office at Craven Arms and travel to other offices as needed.
