This role is central to delivering high-quality casework for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), ensuring the effective management of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) from pre-14 reviews through to post-16 transition and preparation for adulthood. As an EHC Coordinator, you will manage your own caseload, ensuring compliance with statutory timescales, while working collaboratively with families, schools, and professionals to secure the best possible outcomes for children and young people. Main Responsibilities Manage and process statutory SEND casework within legal and internal timelines. Monitor and review EHCPs, attending annual review meetings and ensuring amendments reflect children's needs and outcomes.
