As a Supply Chain Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer requirements are met promptly and efficiently. Working in both the warehouse and the office, reporting to the Supply Chain Team leader, responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
Processing customer orders
Generating pick tickets and invoices
Coordinating material deliveries to production
Assisting in stocktaking activities
Support the materials coordinator with daily cycle counts, receiving and booking in raw materials, managing stock control processes
Facilitating the return and processing of raw materials from production
Your ability to communicate effectively with various departments, suppliers, and customers will be essential in maintaining smooth operations. A proven background within a fast paced admin role – ideally from within supply chain, shipping, logistics or similar would be ideal.
Benefits of this role include:
Flexibility to work hours to suit – i.e. 25 to 28 hours can be across 3, 4 or 5 days
Full time equivalent circa £27/28k (pro rata - £18500 for 25 hours)
33 days hols (pro rata)
