Selexa Life Sciences are a specialist Biotechnology, Medical Devices and Pharmaceutical recruitment Start-up that aim to re-shape the perception of the recruitment sector; an industry that has historically had a questionable reputation.We partner with many of the most exciting Life Sciences, Medical Device and Biotech clients; CEOs, Investors, Business Leaders and Entrepreneurial innovators across the industry, aligning our vision with our clients’, implementing a recruitment and growth strategy to allow us to contribute to the development and improvement of patient healthcare globally.The Role:As an Associate Recruiter, you will be introducing, building, and nurturing relationships with our clients, understanding their recruitment and growth vision and contributing with great candidates, at pace.You will: * Proactively headhunt and approach great candidates through various platforms * Build introductions, and nurture relationships with industry specific candidates, expanding your network to underpin & develop your specialism * Manage end to end Recruitment lifecycle processes * Utilise Selexa Life Sciences' excellent & unrivalled network to partner with candidates and introduce them to our clients * Develop client relationships as a specialist niche Recruiter, understanding your clients Visions and building an effective recruitment strategy to deliver exceptional candidates – delivering Selected Excellence * Deliver market insights, candidate introductions & requirements, and competitor analysis to deliver a high performing, Consultative approach * Support our Senior Recruiters deliver on our established and exclusive client base * Deliver strategy, insight and exceptional candidates across a number of retained, exclusive and embedded projects to expand our business and cement client relationshipsYou:We are interested in speaking with Recruiters with varying levels of experience from any industry, sector and/or vertical, but a technical background within Engineering, Manufacturing, or Biotechnology and Life Sciences would be of interest: * Will come from a Recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience within industry * Should be able to demonstrate billings and previous success within delivery * Should be able to demonstrate a track record within Recruitment/TA * Previous experience of nurturing client or account management relationships * Commercial acumen and awareness * Customer focused approach; Communication is key * Ambitious, confident, motivated.Package: * Competitive Salary * Attractive commission structure - Recruiters will typically earn 40% of total billings! * 30 days holiday EXCLUDING Bank Holidays * Private Healthcare after 1 year with the business * Hybrid - onsite 2-3 days preferred * Flexible start and finish times as required * Enhanced Maternity & PaternityCandidates MUST be UK based
