The Role As a Core Data Analyst, you will transform data into actionable insights that support decision-making across clinical, operational, and commercial domains. You will build and maintain dashboards, ensure data quality, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive performance and unlock value from data. You’ll help us make health happen by Conduct data analysis to identify trends and support business decisions Design and maintain dashboards and visualisations (Power BI/Tableau) to communicate insights Use advanced Excel functions for data manipulation and reporting Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and present findings Identify and implement process improvements and support automation initiatives Apply healthcare knowledge to ensure data relevance and compliance Communicate complex information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences Write and maintain scripts for data extraction and analysis (e.g., SQL) Extract, transform, and load data using Snowflake; maintain a working knowledge of Snowflake for data querying and reporting Support team activities and contribute to a collaborative environment Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role Proven experience in data analysis and reporting Proficiency in Power BI/Tableau and advanced Excel Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Experience with process improvement and automation Working knowledge of healthcare data and terminology Ability to write and maintain scripts in SQL Working knowledge of Snowflake for data extraction and reporting Benefits Our benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
