Temporary Customer Service Administrator - Part Time

Monday - Friday 9am-1pm (Flexible 4 hours per day)

Our client, a well-established and respected manufacturing organisation based in Basildon, is seeking a Temporary Customer Service Administrator to provide essential support across their customer service channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Responding to customer queries related to orders, deliveries, returns, and refunds via email and phone
Processing blocked internet orders and refunds using SAP
Managing returns, exchanges, and refund requests
Handling purchase orders
Liaising with the head office to resolve consumer issues
Organising customer samples for sales and marketing teams
Arranging DPD collections and deliveries, tracking parcels, and processing claims
Receiving deliveries and booking in orders, spare parts, and discontinued stock
Supporting stock take activities What We're Looking For:
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Proactive and detail-oriented approach
Previous experience in customer service or order processing (SAP knowledge is a plus)
