Portfolio Payroll is excited to be working alongside our fabulous client based in the Derby area to recruit an experienced Payroll Manager. Our client is looking for a Payroll Manager who can really develop this function. Managing a small team this is a full end to end payroll management position with responsibility for all year end reporting, pensions administration and journals as well as full audit responsibility.
Some of the duties include;
Managing the production of an accurate and efficient payroll
Driving a policy of continuous improvement
Ownership of all reporting and updating journals
Managing all year end activities including p11D's
Managing the benefits process including all annual cycles and liaising with 3rd party vendors
Focus on service improvement
Managing key stakeholder relationships within the business
