Responsibilities:

* Deliver high-quality clinical care and advice where needed
* Offer services to various departments, including pre-assessment clinics, outpatient departments, wards, and theatres
* Participate in ward rounds and multidisciplinary team meetings
* Educate patients on proper medication use
* Conduct medication reconciliation and drug utilisation reviews
* Document clinical interventions and outcomes
* Provide drug information and training to healthcare staff and patients
* Ensure compliance with hospital policies, national regulations, and accreditation standards
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and medication safety programs
* Report adverse drug reactions and medication errors

Requirements:
