Join our Home Delivery Network, based in our Doncaster depot as our Transport Supervisor, leading a team of 14 drivers. You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of drivers to ensure the transport operation is run efficiently and effectively. You’ll provide exceptional customer service and support to colleagues and clients in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
This is a full time, permanent position with contracted hours of 40 per week. You’ll be working any 5 days out of 7 with a rotating shift of 04:30 to 13:00, 09:30 to 18:00 and 12:30 to 21:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Lead the transport team with confidence and positivity, setting clear goals, encouraging teamwork, and creating a culture where everyone takes pride in doing a great job
* Keep drivers supported, skilled, and motivated, through hands‑on leadership, regular check‑ins, coaching, and timely feedback that helps people perform at their best
* Look after the fleet from bumper to brake light, making sure vehicles are maintained, road‑ready, and compliant through smart planning and strong supplier relationships
* Be the go‑to problem solver for customers and colleagues, handling queries and challenges with a calm, customer‑first mindset and a focus on quick, practical solutions
* Use data, insight, and common sense to keep things running smoothly, tracking KPIs, improving performance, managing risk, and working closely with other teams to keep operations flowing
