Job Summary
Care Workers will provide personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily living tasks to clients in their homes and communities. The role requires compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills, with visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates already in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
* Support personal care (washing, dressing, grooming, toileting, medication administration)
* Provide companionship and emotional support
* Assist with light domestic tasks (laundry, hoovering, dusting, meal preparation)
* Support clients in attending activities or appointments
* Maintain accurate records and uphold high standards of care
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of home care experience (preferred)
* Full UK driving licence or valid international licence (minimum 1 remaining)
* English language proficiency (written and spoken)
* Must be caring, compassionate, respectful, reliable, and honest
* Basic cooking skills beneficial
* Willingness to travel (100% preferred)
* Must already be in the UK and eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship (switching only)
