Role Description
We’re looking for a versatile and motivated Event Manager/Assistant Site Manager to join our operations team on a six-month fixed-term contract. You’ll play a key role in delivering large-scale accommodation campsites and VIP experiences, contributing directly to our Pink Moon Presents division.
This is a hands-on, varied role that requires strong leadership, technical understanding, and the ability to thrive under pressure in a live event environment.
You'll need:
* Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Minimum 3 years of managerial experience, ideally within the events industry.
* Experience creating and maintaining schedules and project plans.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 and event management software/tools.
* Full UK driving license.
* Willingness to work away for extended periods during the summer festival season.
Desirable Skills:
* Health & Safety training or certification.
* First Aid certification.
* Experience with stock management and logistics.
Other Responsibilities:
* Maintain professionalism and rigorous timekeeping at all times.
* Contribution to the improvement of business processes and practices.
What you'll get:
* 6-Month Fixed-Term (April-September): £36-50k per annum. Based on experience.
