Were looking for a proactive and organised individual to support the smooth delivery of a responsive, high-quality repairs service. In this key role, youll be responsible for scheduling appointments for field operatives, managing diaries to maximise efficiency, and ensuring repairs are completed with a high first-time fix rate.
Working closely with the Planning and Administration Manager, youll help direct resources to priority workstreams, liaise with customers and contractors, and maintain strong administrative oversight across all aspects of repairs planning. Your focus will be on delivering excellent customer service, meeting performance targets, and ensuring compliance with financial and legal standards.
In addition, we are looking for candidates that have a passion to advocate on behalf of people and communities.
What do our Repairs Coordinators do;
* Coordinate and manage repairs scheduling, ensuring appointments are efficient, timely, and focused on achieving high first-time fix rates.
* Maintain accurate records and systems, updating job progress, follow-on works, and customer communications to support service delivery.
